Email is best for private support. Please avoid sending sensitive member details, timeline notes, backup files, screenshots, or Cloud Save recovery keys unless you intentionally choose to share them.

Helpful details to include

  • Device model and iOS version.
  • All Of Me version and build number.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • What happened instead.
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
  • For Cloud Save issues, the connected server name or URL and any support reference shown in the app.

Keep recovery keys private

Do not send your Cloud Save recovery key. All Of Me Cloud is not designed to decrypt encrypted restore points, and support does not need the key to investigate most server-side issues.
